Originally called to get a brake booster reinstalled that wasn’t put in correctly by my last mechanic and was quoted $175. I took it there and was advised that my CV joints were also bad, so I agreed to have those replaced, also. In total, everything was going to be about $560 and would be ready Monday or Tuesday. This quickly turned into a new issue every day and it started to feel like a guessing game at how to fix my car. It took them two months, they had to take it to TWO different shops (which they wouldn’t tell me where they took it) before it was actually drivable, only to have to replace the battery and fix another issue that was new when I got the car back that I messaged him about and was ignored. Also ended up being right at $3000. What did that pay for exactly? I have no idea because when I asked for an itemized bill, it had one part listed and the rest was “labor.” So at the end of the day, I have no idea what was even done to my car, who actually worked on it, what parts were replaced, the inside was coveredddd in oil and dirt, there are two scrapes on my rims that I’m 99% sure weren’t there before I took it there, and how it went from $560 to over $3000. I was happy about them being 24 hour assistance, the communication was great at first, they scheduled me quickly and I was also happy about the price. Then the day arrived where I needed my tow. All of a sudden I could no longer get a hold of them. Waited 30 minutes and still didn’t hear anything back. I’ve since been sent to voicemail each time I’ve tried to contact them. Thankfully towmate was better communicative and are on their way to help. Would have been a great deal if they showed up. Won’t be calling here again. Nor will I recommend.

I randomly selected Raza for a tow of my mother's truck. His customer service was excellent. He not only towed for us but also offered assistant when the truck was declared totaled. I do not know what I would have done if Raza had not been there. I will recommend his services to anyone in need. Thank you Raza, you are the best.

I had my car towed to my auto mechanic by Raza’s Towing and didn’t wait even an hour for their service! Very professional, great price and extremely careful with my car. I saved this picture for future use! Highly recommended! 👍

This place was amazing, and I can't stop telling everyone about this place and what they did! My son came down from Casper for spring break. Got a quick bite to eat before heading to Stillwater to visit his sister. His pickup wouldn't get out of gear. This was around 4:30 on Friday afternoon. He started calling different companies (had no idea who to call). Basically the first 5 businesses he called wouldn't give him the time of day bc it was getting off work time. He tried calling Ford dealership and kept getting AI and asking him to leave message. Then he got a hold of Raza's. They towed him back to their garage. He explained his situation that he had to get back to Casper, WY by Sunday. This guy worked on his pickup til after 10 that night!! Told him he would work on it all night, if need be, to get him down the road. I know what everyone is thinking, he's going to charge an arm and leg. We thought that too. After working on it for about 5 hours,(after hours, mind you) plus the tow, plus parts, it was under $500! We were SO relieved! Couldn't thank them enough! He said it was his way of serving the Lord, and if his family was stranded somewhere, he'd hope someone was willing to
